Padek holds its 2012 Staff Annual Retreat

14^th-15^th November 2012

Seventeen staff from Padek’s Phnom Penh and field offices attended a two day retreat in Kampot on 14^th-15^th November 2012 to finalise our activities and implementation plans for 2013. Ms. Prak Sokhany, Director of Cambodian Civil Society Partnership and a member of our Board of Directors, also attended the retreat and delivered the opening address. As 2013 will be the first year of our new Strategic Plan 2013-2016, staff were able to discuss and learn more about our new strategic direction, including the potential challenges and issues for implementation. The retreat was also an opportunity for staff to share experiences of the previous year, highlight achievements of each field office, and to promote further team building.
